Vela Realty Group transaction fees are in addition to the KNM Luxury Team split and are paid directly by the agent to Vela Realty Group. The Vela Realty Group annual cap of $8,400 applies per Section 35(G). Once the cap is reached, agents advance to 100% commission for the remainder of the calendar year. The KNM Luxury Team fee continues to apply regardless of cap status. Promotion from Mentorship Track to Independent Track must be confirmed in writing by the Team Lead.
